Betty explains how to climb out of a suspended hang gliding harness.

Everyone got a chance to practice controlling a reserve chute
in wind and to assist controlling and deflating someone else's
chute. (PG pilots do this all the time.)
|

An HG pilot prepares to be "turbulated." Turbulators would shake you up and
spin you around to simulate realistic conditions during parachute deployment
in a hang glider. Hang glider wreckage often flaps and spins in the wind
as the ground approaches.

A pilot in turbulation. Make sure you throw the chute in the
right direction while you're spinning around.
|

Those chute lines need to be very organized when you repack.
You won't have a chance to kite and work things out.
